Welcome to Pumkin Patch Creations! I look forward to working with you on making your blog all that you want it to be. Due to increase in graphic prices, I have had to go up on my prices as well.

To get started, just choose the package that you wish to purchase and then fill out the questionnaire below and email it to me at margaritamama09 at yahoo dot com.

***All packages include ONE graphic from istockphoto.com. Any additional graphics you want used will have to be purchased seperately.***

Please fill out questionnaire below and then email to me. Once I receive your email, I will let you know your place in my queue and the approximate time that I can get started on your blog. Once I'm ready to begin designing, I will send you an invoice. Once I receive payment, I will begin.

• The name and tagline of your blog.
• Up to 2 or 3 colors you would like to see on your blog.
• An image or picture that represents your blog that you might want to be incorporated into your design.
• Your login and password.
